With this goal, DigiStream pioneered such ideas as ‘Next Day Video’ ‘Video View Guarantee’ and other mainstays of DigiStream’s service. Every aspect of DigiStream revolved around leveraging technology to provide a better overall customer experience. With results and customer service as prime concerns, DigiStream entered a competitive surveillance market with a decisively different approach.
Along with leveraging technology, DigiStream put into motion a different business model to inspire its investigators. One of the biggest problems the founders would face was investigator burn-out. To combat this, DigiStream realized a partnership program was a unique way to retain quality staff members and provide opportunities for standout investigators. As investigators build up tenure with the firm, and as DigiStream continues to grow, partnership is a goal for which many investigators strive. With growth comes numerous opportunities for all staff members in the form of new partnerships and management opportunities in new geographic areas.
DigiStream also made the conscious decision to be a surveillance specialty firm. By focusing on this important investigative service, we have honed our investigators’ skills in all areas of surveillance. Along with manned surveillance, DigiStream also provides clients with the ability to monitor a subject’s residence for up to 72 hours with our Mobile Unmanned Recoding Facility (M.U.R.F.) to uncover activity patterns. DigiStream’s unique approach to incorporating technology and local ownership is gaining momentum. By the beginning of 2005, DigiStream saw and capitalized on the opportunity to open an office in Los Angeles. Not long thereafter in January of 2006, DigiStream opened a Mid-Atlantic office and an Oakland office, followed by offices in San Diego and Arizona. DigiStream’s steady growth has been a testament to the quality of service and a unique approach to surveillance.
