DigiStream is proud to announce Nacer Carrillo as Managing Partner!
Nacer began his DigiStream journey in 2007 as a Surveillance Investigator. His leadership potential was clear early on, and he quickly advanced to Lead Investigator, where he helped train and mentor new team members while playing a key role in establishing DigiStream’s Los Angeles Claims Investigation division.
In 2015, Nacer stepped into management as Field Operations Coordinator and later Field Operations Manager, leading one of DigiStream’s largest and most productive affiliates. Under his guidance, the team consistently delivered strong results, and several of his mentees have since grown into leadership roles of their own.
In 2023, Nacer helped expand DigiStream’s footprint into the Inland Empire, launching a new office that has thrived under his leadership. In recognition of his hard work, operational success, and lasting impact on the company, Nacer was named Partner in July 2025.
Beyond his professional achievements, Nacer leads DigiStream’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Board, fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture across the organization. Outside of work, he is deeply involved in his community, serving on the board of his local Little League, coaching youth sports, and taking an active role in leadership and advocacy at his children’s schools.
