Megan Brill graduated from San Jose State University with a major in History and a minor in Political Science. Her penchant for writing and research landed her at DigiStream where she started as a report editor and held various roles in sales, video editing, claims investigation and operations before becoming the General Manager of the Pacific Northwest affiliate in April 2019. Outside of work, you’ll find Megan kayaking, playing trivia or reading at home with her husband and two cats. DigiStream’s Ladies Leadership Network came to fruition in February 2020 and since then has gained over 80 members throughout our organization. The mission of the Ladies’ Leadership Network is to develop, promote and celebrate gender diversity through advocacy and education. The LLN’s monthly call features female speakers from across the Brand, as well as quarterly guest speakers from both inside and outside the insurance industry. As President, Megan aims to foster a sense of community among our female employees, while lifting them up, giving them a voice and encouraging them to seize opportunities.
